Sub-Zero and Wolf, have announced that of the 1700 entries worldwide, seven Australian based design professionals are among 29 finalists of the 2019-2021 Kitchen Design Contest, with Latitude 37 proudly one of these, placing Sanctuary in the top 2% of entrants worldwide. This demonstrates the significant capability within Latitude 37’s in house Design Team.
To celebrate our coveted nomination we partnered with Sub-Zero Wolf Australia and e&S Trading at our Sanctuary display home to our discuss the inspiration behind our stunning, short-listed kitchen design.
We are proud to be recognised by the leading industry body, the Housing Industry Association (HIA) , for the hard work of our amazing team, to deliver innovative and luxurious custom designed homes for our clients, and provide a truly personalised and interactive design experience, with a tailored journey right through to handover.
Sanctuary stands proudly as Latitude 37’s third display home on Balwyn’s leafy Belmore Road. An expressive example of the attentive detail Latitude 37’s 新2皇冠备用 designers and builders employ ; the abode exists as a sculptural retreat. Sanctuary is anchored by the vision to create a relaxing, composed space that marries modern and bold features.
