Situated on a uniquely shaped corner block in the midst of Wheelers Hill, our View Mount custom home which recently handed over epitomises Latitude 37’s design craft.
A key component of our client’s brief was capitalising on the magnificent views through to the Dandenong’s. Our Design Team worked collaboratively to meet this crucial element through the large void past the stylish see-through staircase, that greets you upon entry, overlooking the beautiful pool area and beyond to the Dandenong’s. Three living spaces as well as bedrooms 2 & 3 on the first floor were all positioned perfectly to also capitalise on these views.
The striking modern facade features stunning blades which were cleverly positioned to mitigate the hot westerly sun yet still maintain terrific year-round natural light.
The kitchen features grooved panelling as a real feature to the curved rangehood. This panelling is carried across to the island bench where its texture contrasts with the organic pattern of the Caesarstone Primordia stone.
Brushed bronze metallics on the panel trim of the rangehood as well as floor to ceiling Polytec Notaio Walnut cupboards allow for a interesting contrast in colours.
