Summary
The brief was for a contemporary home with visual connection on the surrounding parklands. Utilising the full width of the block was paramount to seek the northern light.
A split level approach maximised the footprint and efficiency of this design, stepping down 3m of fall. This enable us to create a design that capture the full depth of the brief.
The use of timbers, render and natural stone and large windows create a home harmonious with its surrounds.
