We’re delighted to announce our Sanctuary display home kitchen has been selected as a finalist for 2019-2021 Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design Contest!

Sub-Zero and Wolf, the industry leaders in luxury refrigeration, wine preservation, and cooking appliances, have announced that seven Australian based design professionals are among 29 finalists of the 2019-2021 Kitchen Design Contest, with Latitude 37 proudly one of these 29. 

Since its inception in 1993, the Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design Contest has become a coveted win in the professional home design category. The contest recognizes kitchen designers, architects, interior designers, builders, remodelers, landscape architects and  landscape designers for advancing outstanding kitchen design.

Having our Sanctuary display home nominated as a finalist alongside specialist Architecture and Interior Design practices, and in the top 2% of entrants worldwide, demonstrates the significant capability within Latitude 37’s in house Design Team.

Our team includes Architects, Building Designers, Drafting and Interior Designers who work closely with each client to provide an industry leading design outcome, responsive to each individual site, lifestyle and budget requirements.  Our Design Team work collaboratively with our Construction, Procurement and Project Management teams to ensure high quality designs are delivered on budget for our clients. 

This is a global contest, representing the very best of the best kitchens from around the world. The 2019-2021 Kitchen Design Contest saw over 1,700 global entries received with seven Australian design professionals selected as finalists.

The fourteen global winners will be announced in Nashville, Tennessee in October 2022.
