The HIA award for Best kitchen in a Display over $500,001 recognises excellence in the design, manufacture, installation and project coordination of a kitchen in a completed residential display home open to the public.
“Latitude 37’s Beaumaris Display is a quintessential Bayside family home, and this kitchen is its heart. It featured handleless joinery, quality appliances and a butlers pantry connected to the kitchen through steel glazed doors. Ergonomics, flow and lighting also scored highly with the judges” – HIA.
Our Beaumaris Display’s kitchen was also a finalist for Victorian Kitchen of the year.
The HIA award for Best Bathroom in a Display over $500,001 recognises excellence in the design, manufacture, installation and project coordination of a bathroom in a completed residential display home open to the public.
“The Master suite of Latitude 37’s Beaumaris Display showcases a considered and layered approach to its fit out and finishes. A skylight above the shower and floor to ceiling window on the opposite wall provide abundant natural light. Bespoke and expertly finished handless joinery is matched by stylish mirror cabinets above.”

Amongst 5 bathroom category winners, Latitude 37’s Master Ensuite was seen as the standout, and awarded with 2020 Victorian Bathroom of the Year.
“This Bathroom scored highly with the judges for workmanship, and impressive attention to detail throughout. The space has outstanding visual appeal from its curved walls and vanity mirrors, to carefully selected tiles and matt black fixtures. The overall package, is one the judges deemed very worth of Victorian bathroom of the year title.” – HIA
