The HIA’s Victorian Custom Built Home $1 million – $1.5 million category recognises an individual house, which has been uniquely designed and built on contract specifically for the site and according to the requirements and brief of a client. Custom homes will be judged according to quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, visual appeal, innovation and environmental sustainability.

Latitude 37 always strives design innovative homes, and our clients waterfront block in Patterson Lakes provided an opportunity to explore just what was possible. The 775 sqm triangular block, with 12m frontage that expands to 30m at the waters edge, allowed for a one off design build around the concept of two wings that expand with the block, with a pool at its centre.
We couldn’t be more proud to not only deliver such a unique custom design, but achieve such recognition by the Housing Industry Association.
