Our Display homes will be open from Saturday 12th June onwards in-light of easing restriction. All visitors to our display homes will be required to wear a mask indoors and sign in on the official Services Victoria app. 

Maximum covid safe patronage is listed for each respective display below. It is rare to see more than 20 people in our display homes at any one time, so on that basis we will open our Display Homes to the public to what we would consider normal capacity.

We will adhere to CHO measures and practise social distancing, hand sanitiser will be available upon entry and exit.

In light of the 7 day circuit breaker lockdown announced by the Victorian Government, our display homes will be closed this weekend. Construction will continue as an essential industry and service during this time.

You can still book in a Discovery session for this weekend, which will be conducted on zoom, and our consultants will give you a virtual tour of our display homes.

Our Display homes will reopen this weekend following the announcements of 5 day lockdown being lifted. We will continue to follow the guidelines of two square metres per person.

12/02/21 As a result of stage 4 restrictions being implemented for a 5 day “circuit breaker” lockdown, our Displays Homes will be closed for weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of February.

Our office will also close during the 5 day lockdown and we expect to return on Thursday 18th February. All staff will return to working from home during this lockdown. We will keep you updated as further updates come to hand.

11/01/21 As we enter 2021 we maintain the same directions setout in November 2020. Our Display Homes are open in 2021.

Under the updated Workplace Directions, display homes have been returned to the category of retail facilities, and are no longer included as real estate premises. As a result, we will adhere to the 4m2 per person rule. This means we can now accommodate up to:
Horizon Display: 110 patrons
Beaumaris Display: 80 patrons
Rutland Show Home: 70 patrons
at any one time, illustrating we have more than enough room for everyone to remain COVID safe.

It is rare to see more than 20 people in our display homes at any one time, so on that basis we will open our Display Homes to the public to what we would consider pre-covid normal capacity.

We will adhere to CHO measures and practise social distancing, fitted mask wearing, hand sanitiser will be available upon entry and exit, and upon arrival we will record your details to support contact tracing if required.
