The design and construction had to contend with groundwater and landslip issues which had resulted in the site remaining vacant for many years.
The clever design integrates with the natural slope, masking the extent of fall and offering stunning treetop views all around while ensuring all parts of the site are accessible and well utilised. The slope allowed for a 4 car garage and workshop, theatre, cellar and gym located beneath the main living zones.
The home has an earthy modernist feel about it. Upon entry, the view is revealed to the pool and beyond. The Kitchen and living space also capture pool and tennis court views. Down stairs is the gym and the home cinema.
