The flat roof with broad eaves, stone cladding and linear forms hark back to the glory days of Mid Century Modern design, familiar to the Mt Eliza township, taking inspiration from the likes of Architects Mies Van der Rohe and Frank Lloyd wright. The stone features merge into the landscape, grounding the home into the elevated, expansive site.

Our in-house design team have deliberately positioned main living spaces with balconies upstairs to capitalise on stunning bay views, perfect for day to day living and entertaining. The Master Suite takes pride of place at the front corner with its own private balcony to enjoy afternoon sunsets.
